Terms and Conditions
Last updated 7 August 2026
Below Terms & Conditions are applicable .
Quotations and bookings
- A quotation is an estimate based on the hotels, flights and services available on the day it
is prepared. It is not a reservation.
- A booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit and send you a written
confirmation.
- Until a booking is confirmed, rates and availability can change without notice. If a hotel
or airline withdraws availability, we will offer the nearest suitable alternative.
- Please check every detail on your confirmation, including names, dates and room types, and
tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Names must match the passport exactly.
Payment
- A deposit is payable at the time of booking, and the balance before the departure date given
on your confirmation.
- Some services, such as air tickets, peak season hotel blocks and cruise bookings, require
full payment at the time of booking.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled and
apply the charges set out in our
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Payments are accepted by Online Payments: Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card.
Prices and taxes
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and exclude GST unless the
quotation says it is included.
- Package prices cover only what is listed under inclusions. Anything listed under exclusions
is payable by you.
- A confirmed price may still change if government taxes, fuel surcharges or exchange rates
move, or if the group size changes. We will always tell you before applying any increase.
Passports, visas and documents
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas and any permits, health
certificates or entry documents your destination requires.
- Most countries require a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
- We can assist with visa paperwork where we offer that service, but granting a visa is
entirely at the discretion of the authorities concerned. A refused or delayed visa is not
grounds for a refund of amounts already committed to suppliers.
- Domestic destinations may also need documentation. Ladakh, for instance, requires inner line
permits and valid photo identification.
Health, fitness and insurance
- Tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition, mobility limitation or dietary
requirement so we can advise whether an itinerary suits you.
- Some itineraries involve high altitude, long road journeys or physical activity. High
altitude destinations are not recommended for very young children or for anyone with
respiratory or cardiac conditions without medical advice.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation,
cancellation and loss of baggage. Insurance is not included unless stated.
Changes to your itinerary
- Itineraries may need to change because of weather, road or pass closures, flight
rescheduling, hotel overbooking, local restrictions or events beyond our control.
- Where a change is necessary, we will arrange the closest reasonable alternative of a similar
standard. Where the alternative costs more, the difference is payable by you.
- Sightseeing missed because of weather, closures or delays cannot be refunded once the
service has been paid for.
- Hotel check in and check out times are set by the hotel. Early check in and late check out
are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
